CW picks up 'Tomorrow People,' '100,' 'Star-Crossed,' 'Reign'

It also renewed the freshman series "The Carrie Diaries" and announced a fourth season of "Nikita." The announcements came a week ahead of the network's upfront presentation to advertisers, where it will unveil its full 2013-14 slate.
