FilmNation grabs $50 million in new money to finance more films

By Lucas Shaw NEW YORK (TheWrap.com) - FilmNation has secured $50 million in new capital through a credit facility backed by Bank of America, Merrill Lynch and Union Bank, the company announced on Thursday. The sales, financing and production company will use the money to expand its film financing and production operations.
