By Jeff Sneider LOS ANGELES (TheWrap.com) - Paddy Considine and Fares Fares ("Zero Dark Thirty") are in negotiations to join the international ensemble of Summit Entertainment's Soviet-era thriller "Child 44," TheWrap has learned. The duo will be joining Tom Hardy, Noomi Rapace and Gary Oldman in the movie, which Daniel Espinosa ("Safe House") is directing from a script by Richard Price, who adapted the bestselling novel by Tom Rob Smith.
