'Sharknado' third airing gets more viewers than the first two

By Tony Maglio LOS ANGELES (TheWrap.com) - The "Sharknado" storm continues to build: the third time proved to be the charm for the made-for-TV movie about a tornado full o' sharks over the weekend with 2.1 million. In fact, Saturday night's third airing of "Sharknado" was the most-watched original movie encore in Syfy history. The movie aired during an all-day "Sharkathon" festival which also featured "Sharktopus," "Two-Headed Shark Attack" and "Swamp Shark." The encore telecast earned 1.9 million viewers, which was 500,000 more than its premiere. ...
