While films explored from the eyes and ears of a child have been previously examined they've not always achieved the desired result. The key strength to an effective story from a minor's perspective is obtaining the right, talented kid that can actually pull it off. This may seem like a basic necessity in such a field, but all too often are there solid, interesting screenplays that fall victim to below par acting.
