By Lucas Shaw NEW YORK (TheWrap.com) - Wendi McLendon-Covey has joined the cast of "The Familymoon," a Warner Bros. comedy that reteams Adam Sandler with his "Wedding Singer" co-star Drew Barrymore, according to two individuals with knowledge of the deal. The film follows a couple (Sandler and Barrymore) whose disastrous blind date lands them at a family resort with their children from previous marriages. Joel McHale will play Barrymore's former husband while McLendon-Covey will play Barrymore's best friend, a woman who has no children. ...
