Great news for 'Monsters University' fans: this year's D23 Expo has revealed a brand new short film from the world. Just like the 'Toy Story' characters that received an ectended boost to their cinematic lives via a series of 'Toy Story Toons', Pixar have now delved into the universe of monsters with 'Party Central'. It has screened at D23 almost a year prior to its scheduled release as the planned accompanying precursor to 'The Good Dinosaur', which is their next feature due out in 2014.
