'Curse of Chucky,' the sixth instalment in the slasher series which began with 1988's 'Child's Play,' had its UK premiere this past Thursday at Film4 FrightFest, the horror movie festival which takes over London's Empire Leicester Square every August Bank Holiday weekend. Unique among 80s horror franchises, 'Child's Play' has managed to make it 2013 without being rebooted, and with the same core creative team intact, right down to Brad Dourif, the actor who provides the voice of the iconic living doll with homicidal tendencies.
