"A Healthy You & Carol Alt," featuring the veteran supermodel's own personal tips, will premiere Saturday at 4 p.m./3c, the cable network said. The half-hour show also will include intern=views with celebrity guests; and "Ask Carol" segment will answer viewers' questions from Facebook and Twitter.
