It's been over a year since Chris Nolan's Batman trilogy came to a close with 'The Dark Knight Rises', but in its aftermath it became apparent that the ending of the film left a lot of audiences divided in opinion. Being a Nolan film, it's clearly intended to have the ambiguity to generate conversation and invite different views on what really happened. Take 'Inception' for example; the end shot of that film is particularly suggestive as the camera focuses on Cobb's spinning totem that continues to spin and suddenly cuts as it appears to wobble... Or does it?
