James Cameron is probably sick of having legal action levelled at him at the moment. This time the 'Avatar' director's Lightstorm company are being sued over a documentary series which they made nearly two years ago, which ended in tragedy. Back in February, 2012, Lightstorm were working on a documentary entitled 'Deep Sea Challenge', which reflected once again James Cameron's passion for the ocean and all that lies beneath it. Now the estate of Michael deGruy, and American documentary filmmaker who was tragically killed in the crash, has filed a wrongful death and survival claims complaint naming James Cameron's Lightstorm Entertainment as well as Earthship Productions and Cameron Pace Group as defendants.
