As part of the University of East Anglia's 'Manga to Movies' season, the place of education, situated in Norwich, is poised to host a free screening of the popular anime film 'K-ON!' at the end of November. The 'K-ON!' Japanese franchise has successfully ventured into manga, several anime series for TV, video games and the big screen over a relatively short space of time. It soon found its way to TV screens as an anime series and as its popularity grew, progressed onto cinema screens and onto PlayStation 3 in 2012.
