Hollywood still loves Stephen King Stephen King appears to have a fresh lease of life in the cinema, as the recent 'Carrie' is set to be followed by a number of new adaptations of the legendary horror novelist's work. Despite the underperformance of the 'Carrie' remake at the US box office (it's released in the UK on 29th November), it seems the appetite for King has not abated among the Hollywood studios. Here are the big screen King adaptations in the works that we know about, hoping to join the 50+ movies based on his novels and short stories to date… King has said that he considers his 1983 novel 'Pet Sematary' (yes, the misspelling is deliberate) his most frightening work;
