Leukaemia survivor Miles 'Batkid' Scott takes internet by storm

Leukaemia survivor Miles 'Batkid' Scott takes internet by storm Thousands of people lined the streets of San Francisco in support of leukaemia survivor Miles Scott as he fulfilled his dream of becoming Batman for the day. Five-year-old Miles thought all he was getting was a costume, but the Make-A-Wish Foundation had a lot more in store for the boy who would become "Batkid". It began with San Francisco Police Chief Greg Suhr calling for Batkid's aid before the pint-sized hero rescued a woman tied to cable car tracks along a major city street. Batkid was joined by an adult Batman impersonator to stop a robbery in the city's financial district, resulting in the mock-arrest of "The Riddler".
