Ricky Gervais has said he would "do anything with a frog" after starring alongside Kermit in the Muppets' latest movie. The comedian accompanied his co-stars, who also include Tina Fey, for the Hollywood premiere of Muppets Most Wanted. The Muppets were the first to arrive, driving along the red carpet and leaning out of the window talking to fans. Kermit and Miss Piggy shared one window, waving to fans, while newcomer Constantine - Kermit's villainous lookalike leaned out of the back window.
