Controversy and Josh Trank's 'Fantastic Four' reboot seem to be going hand-in-hand at the moment. Not only are Marvel fanatics still fuming about his acting choices to play Johnny Storm and Ben Grimm, but there have also been several rumours that he is set to dramatically deviate from the source material while even the revelation that Doombots will feature in the film was met with some scepticism. Kate Mara's attempt to deflate this criticism while promoting 'Transcendence' hasn't gone too swimmingly too as she has basically admitted to IGN that she doesn't know anything about the 'Fantastic Four', which includes not even being aware if she's supposed to wear a costume or not. Mara went on to admit that she only signed up for the project because she was such a fan of Trank's previous film, 'Chronicle', and that she trusts his "vision" for the piece, while also endorsing and noting just how exited she is to be working with Miles Teller, Jamie Bell and Michael B Jordan, who she calls an "interesting" group of actors.
