After disappearing into development hell, it looks as though a 'Flash Gordon' reboot is alive and well… and being penned by current 'Star Trek' writers. "I understand that there's fresh attempt bring [Flash Gordon] back into the limelight underway right now," said the folks at Film Divider. "JD Payne and Patrick McKay are writers working on 'Star Trek 3' and who previously adapted 'Boilerplate' for Bad Robot." It looks as though the upcoming 'Star Trek' duo is attempting to reboot 'Flash Gordon'.
