Earlier this month it was reported that J.J. Abrams was to take 'Star Wars' back to Morocco for 'Episode VII' and rumours immediately pointed towards a return to Tatooine. Tatooine has featured in all but one of the 'Star Wars' films so far, so a return makes sense. The iconography of the desolate world where Luke and Anakin Skywalker were raised will also serve as a nice connection to the old films in much the same way George Lucas returned there to tie things up at the end of 'Episode III'. The Hollywood Reporter attempted to reach Disney for comment, but were denied.
