In 'The Hunger Games: Catching Fire' we saw more of Panem than ever before, as Katniss and Peeta visited the other districts on their victory tour. One thing was clear - many were looking at 'the girl on fire' to lead a revolution against tyrant President Snow, and, in the final two instalments of the film series we'll see even more of the nation, and the unrest felt by its residents. With the recent launch of The Hunger Games Exclusive, director Francis Lawrence and producer Nina Jacobson teased at how we'll see even more of Panem in the upcoming sequels, including District 13 and the less glamorous parts of the Capitol. Intricate sets and grand locations have been created for both parts of 'The Hunger Games: Mockingjay', but, in order to show the strength and expanse of the rebellion, in what other ways will the filmmakers develop Panem?
