On Feb. 17, the U.S. Senate confirmed Oklahoma Attorney General Scott Pruitt to run the Environmental Protection Agency. Senate Democrats tried to delay the vote after an Oklahoma judge ordered Pruitt to release email correspondence with fossil fuel groups. Those emails will be released on Tuesday.
