Could ‘The World’s End’ revive horror director Richard Stanley?

'The World's End' is out now in UK cinemas, completing the unofficial 'Three Flavours Cornetto' trilogy of writer/director Edgar Wright, writer/actor Simon Pegg and actor Nick Frost. It's every bit as entertaining as the trio's earlier films, 2004's 'Shaun of the Dead' and 2007's 'Hot Fuzz,' continuing in their tradition of blending laddish humour with another established film genre; in this case dystopian science fiction, perhaps a more oblique point of reference for the wider audience.
