Were Pixar bullied into a Finding Nemo sequel?

It's something I'd suspected, and sceptically so, from the moment Disney became full affiliates with Pixar a couple of years back. There was never an issue with their distribution deal that has seen them work their magic since 1995's 'Toy Story', and hasn't proven to be a problem because, contrary to common belief, Disney and Pixar were two separate companies that didn't collaborate on films together. Well, until now that is.
