James Cameron defeats Avatar plagiarism lawsuit

With James Cameron stepping up planning, preparation and creative work on the forthcoming 'Avatar' sequel, and also planning a series of spin-off 'Avatar' books based on the Pandora universe, the last thing the massively successful director needed was another lawsuit being filed against him. Cameron has frequently been accused of plagiarism during his career, and has been subjected to litigation due to this on many occasions.
