Frozen has beaten Toy Story 3 to become the highest-grossing animated film of all time. The Disney film has now taken $1.07bn at the box office after soaring to number one in Japan this month. The film, with characters voiced by Kristen Bell and Idina Menzel, has also dominated box offices both here and in the US, where it was released in November 2013. It has also gone ahead of Pirates Of The Caribbean: Dead Man’s Chest to take the number 10 spot in the worldwide box office chart.
