The Hobbit: There and Back Again to build rift between the dwarves

In an interview with Empire magazine Peter Jackson's leading lady Philippa Boyens who has been supremely influential in both the 'Lord of the Rings' and 'The Hobbit' trilogies. Of course back then he didn't understand a word he was hearing, so he's grateful they made films.
