It's a slightly bizarre claim, but one that has held up so far, she says that it's the film's teaser trailer and not the movie itself that is the issue. Jumping on this claim are the likes of Forbes, who believe the success of its opening weekend was due to "the false undersell" of its teaser trailer. While Disney are prepared to fight the accusation of copyright infringement, their stance remains defiant: "The claim is utterly without merit and we will defend against it vigorously," said a spokesperson.
