Hot on the heels of last week's trailer, a first cast photo for the pilot episode of Fox's upcoming Batman prequel TV series 'Gotham' has been released - and it's littered with nods to the future of this particular corner of the DC universe. The show casts Ben Mackenzie as a young and inexperienced Detective Jim Gordon, who goes on the beat in Gotham City alongside cynical, comparatively dirty cop Harvey Bullock (Donal Logue). Their first case is the murder of the parents of Bruce Wayne - the young boy who will, of course, grow up to be Batman. Logue recently enthused that the show will address the question, \"How did we get to the point where we had to have a Batman?\"
