In recent weeks, there have been many announcements and rumours surrounding the casting of the final two films of 'The Hunger Games' series, based on Suzanne Collins's novel, 'Mockingjay'. Following Philip Seymour Hoffman's shocking death it has been rumoured that his final scenes will be completed using CGI and it was recently revealed that, while Lily Rabe was set to portray Commander Lyme in the first instalment of 'The Hunger Games: Mockingjay', she will be replaced by 'Game of Thrones' actress Gwendoline Christie.
