By Tim Kenneally LOS ANGELES (TheWrap.com) - Steve Kornacki has taken over as the host of MSNBC's weekday morning show "Up," MSNBC said on Tuesday. Kornacki, previously a co-host of the cable news network's "The Cycle," will replace Chris Hayes, who has hosted the show since 2011. Hayes, meanwhile, will move into the network's weekday-at-8 p.m. slot, which was formerly held by Ed Schultz, who's being moved to a new program that will air weekend nights. Hayes will take over the weeknights primetime slot on April 1. ...
