During an interview with Isao Takahata -- the director of Studio Ghibli's latest feature film titled 'The Tale of Princess Kaguya' -- the returning helmer had some interesting insight regarding his colleague and close friend, Hayao Miyazaki. The acclaimed director, who's returned to collaborate with Ghibli after a lengthy 14-year break, had plenty to say on his latest feature, 'The Tale of Princess Kaguya', as well as what it's like not working with long-term friend Miyazaki anymore and his thoughts on his decision to step down from the director's chair. During the press conference for his film, Takahata replied to questions about what it's like without having Hayao Miyazaki around. He said, "Miyazaki is still here, so I haven't even thought of that." Takahata went on to express, "I guess [Miyazaki] has watched ' The Tale of Princess Kaguya', but I haven't heard any comments from him."
