Dwayne 'The Rock' Johnson has teased a mystery DC movie for some time - could this turn out to be 'Shazam,' AKA Captain Marvel? In case you missed it, an alleged list of Warner Bros/DC's schedule for the next four years has been leaked online, effectively scuppering a planned announcement at San Diego Comic Con - and the second film on that list after May 2016 release 'Batman V Superman: Dawn of Justice' is 'Shazam,' pencilled in for Christmas 2016. Let me stress right away that this is pure speculation, and the aforementioned list remains unconfirmed - but if it's on the level, I very strongly suspect that 'Shazam' is the mystery movie The Rock has promised was cooking (sorry). 'Shazam' has a slightly thornier history than some of the more well-known superheroes.
